Schedule

Sunday. Asleep early to awaken way too early at six o'clock and so listened to the radio for an hour before getting up and driving to breakfast on another overcast, but not overly cold, morning, arriving to find the restaurant open, the closed off dining area light on this time and so settled right in with the papers.

The two strips of bacon, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast, a pound and a half over the target weight on the scale this morning, that pint of ice cream I'd had yesterday evidently not doing too much damage. Finished up again at a quarter after nine and drove home, took the selfie in the lobby and settled in here at the computer to attempt to put yesterday's entry into some semblance of comprehension before posting and starting here.

Later. Sunny outside. Didn't seduce me into stepping out, they do suggest you stay inside if you're over fifty-five. I am over fifty-five.

Watched the end of a golf tournament that was of some interest, but not enough interest to bother noting the name. A replay of what I think was a 2015 tournament. Or was it 2018? Followed it with a couple of hours watching something on the tablet that was written by an idiot. Interesting idea, idiotic story line. But I watched.

A phone message from the Protime guy saying he'd be by tomorrow between ten and noon. Good. Get that behind us.

Evening. Stayed up to watch the third episode of World On Fire at nine on KQED which I've found interesting. Lights out then well after ten. Easy way to get me back on schedule.

At the forming up of the 2018 Cherry Blossom Parade in front of the San Francisco City Hall taken with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
