A Little Dizzy
Maybe I'll set up the firewall. Nice, easy, no real thought involved, follow the steps in the book, keep the mind occupied. Up this morning, two hours later than usual, turn on the radio, the space shuttle has disintegrated over Texas, the way everything else in this world seems to be disintegrating over Texas, an Israeli astronaut falling like an Old Testament omen, a portent, who knows, of something. So I'll set up a firewall to keep the bad guys out and the good guys in and hum along as I'm working, thinking of, well, the weekend, the sun - it's shining - the light on the lake, a walk, a late lunch, early to bed.
So, how's your day?
OK. A little dizzy.
