Nine

Saturday. Lights out and to sleep by eight-thirty, but to then awaken briefly three times before awakening at six-twenty this morning, after what I'm guessing was a decent night's rest. Clear skies walking to breakfast, a bit cold and so the eyes were watering and the nose was following its lead right behind.

An avocado and (light on the cheese) omelet, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast, the papers still going over yesterday's Trump ramifications. I'm only able to read so much about Trump. Finished with the sun now up and so out the door and back to the apartment to figure out what to lies ahead for the day. Definitely clear skies, though, and plenty of sun.

Later. Watched some television before getting out the door and walking over to the lake, a DSLR camera in hand. Still thinking too much about what's happened in the past. All of two pictures before returning to the apartment, the sinuses acting up, and so took another half dose of the pain meds to see if it would help. So far, no good.

I've been taking a half dose of the meds in the mornings for the last week or more and the days have generally started as they have when I was taking a full dose with one or two exceptions. Or three. Now four. Need to do something about that, maybe a referral to another doctor who specializes in this damned stuff.

Maybe just shut up.

Later still. A post on Facebook by one of my cousin's daughters in Hawaii with a screen shot of the message she received as she and her kids were deplaning at the Honolulu airport.

Evening. Another to bed by eight-thirty evening, lights out by nine.

The image up top was taken while walking to breakfast this morning with a Nikon V1 mounted with a Nikon 1 32mm f 1.4 Nikon 1 Nikkor lens.
