Radio

Monday. To sleep soon enough after ten to awaken at ten minutes to six, about right. Up to drive to the gas station and then to breakfast on another overcast morning, the traffic unusually thin even for a holiday. Made parking easier than I thought it might. Arrived to settle in at my indoor table and start on the papers. So far, so good.

The two strips of bacon, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee, two pounds under my target on the scale this morning, finishing up at just after nine to walk to the car and drive straight home, take the selfie in the lobby and settle in at the computer after hitting the bathroom without any great urgency. Even less on the scale tomorrow morning?

You seem rather obsessive about this bowl movement stuff. You used to keep that crap to yourself.

Later. Another hour's nap. Tired. Talked myself into walking up the way to the construction site to take the usual three pictures as well as another of the lake taken from halfway down my hill, but that was it for an outing. Returned to the apartment and lied down to watch a movie on the tablet until the five o'clock news. No longer as tired at five o'clock if that's any consolation.

Evening. Started watching another movie now I suspect I've seen before on the tablet. Nothing on television and so in bed before nine, lights out after the six minute NPR news on the radio.

The photo up top was taken at the 2017 San Francisco LGBTQ Pride Parade with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
