Awaken
Wednesday. To sleep around ten to awaken way too early at four, then again at five to go through the usual listen to Democracy Now! routine before getting up to walk to breakfast under clear skies, arriving again as they were putting the tables and chairs out on the patio and so turned on the inner dining room lights and settled in with the papers. Again, no one opted to eat inside, but chose the patio while I was there. Perhaps I scared them away? Hey?
The oatmeal, toast, fruit cup and coffee this time, finishing up again at nine to set out walking home thinking should I have visited their bathroom before leaving? Ah, yes. The next time that happens I'll visit their bathroom. Again, bright sun and so the usual set of pictures, arriving to take the selfie, hit the bathroom and then settle in at the computer to take care of yesterday's entry, post it and start on the morning's pictures, but stopping to lie down and try for a nap.
Later. The lie down and try for a nap was accompanied by a very light ocular migraine-like sparkly blob and a wobbly walk to the bedroom leading finally to a late afternoon attempt and an hour of sleep. Actual sleep. Oh, and being hungry all afternoon, something that almost never happens. Didn't really need to have that oatmeal, I guess, the weight is fine maybe bulk up tomorrow with something heavier for breakfast.
Evening. More time with the tablet, getting up to watch what turned out to be the last half of Midsomer Murders and so to bed and lights out at a quarter to ten. Now, after this tired all the day long now ready for bed evening, how long will it take to get to sleep and when will I awaken?
