Done

Saturday. Awoke at six-thirty, drove to breakfast an hour later on another still overcast morning, arrived maybe five minutes earlier than usual, parked and entered the closed off dining room again to turn on the lights and settle in with the papers.

The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast, finishing up not long after nine to head for the car and drive straight home to take the selfie and settle in here at the computer to finish yesterday's entry, post and start on this. Eleven o'clock instead of the usual after noon with having to process fewer pictures. So again good, so far.

Later. Watched some golf, got outside to check to see if they'd done any work on the construction site just up my street. They hadn't and so down the hill to check out the number of people over at the lake to see it crowded and so back to the apartment to watch the news and the tail end of a movie. We'll eventually get to the tablet later this evening.

Evening. Nothing I wanted to watch on television and so to bed and the tablet. Not a bad day, haven't felt particularly tired, but still really haven't gotten anything done.

The photo up top was taken at the 2016 San Francisco Carnaval Parade with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
