In Peace
Back from Seattle and Portland. I knew when I scheduled the trip I should have scheduled it sooner, or, if not sooner, then without delay. My mother experienced a cerebral hemorage a week ago Sunday evening and I flew up early Monday morning. She died with my sister and I beside her that afternoon. The funeral was held Saturday in Seattle and now I'm back after a very low week. It will hit me later. Right now I'm numb. The family was wonderful. I know my mother is at peace.
