Sleep
Saturday Got to sleep last night not long after ten to awaken at five, blink, and then awaken for good at six. Up to drive to the Lakeshore ATM before driving over the hill to park by the 7-11 store across from the restaurant and enter the dining area again to settle in at a front table. Very few people around, decided to stay in the dining area for breakfast.
The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee, still watching the weight, finishing up by nine to walk back to the car and drive straight home, take the selfie and settle in at the computer to start here.
Later. OK, what else? More time on the tablet, less time listening to the news, no urge to take a nap. Set the bedroom clock and the watch ahead an hour, we'll do the rest of the various time keepers in the apartment in the morning. The sound of music coming up from the lake in the early afternoon, but it didn't cause me to budge an inch.
Evening. Went to bed and turned the lights out at nine on the clocks now set to Daylight Savings time wondering how long it would take to get to sleep.
