I Do, I Do
Ah, yes, Ally McBeal. When it is good it is very good and when it is bad it's, well, forgivable. Dumb, but, you know, forgivable. The problem is it can swing from one to the other in the space of a slurred vowel, a sentence, a single scene or an entire episode. It is being cancelled, of course, what else is new, but I will need to buy it if it ever comes out on CD if only to look at the thing without the endless chain of commercials. I cannot believe the commercials. I cannot believe that I am willing to sit there through the commercials, cranky I, waiting patiently for the next twelve second segment. But I do, I do.
