Ten

Wednesday. Took a while to get to sleep last night as I watched the clock tick past eleven, but then awoke at six-fifteen in reasonably good shape to take the blood pressure (it's good), listen to Democracy Now! and set out driving to the Lakeshore ATM and then on over the hill to park near the 7-11 store, enter the restaurant and settle in at my table with the papers.

The ground beef patty, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee, finishing up around nine to set out for the car and drive straight home a little worried about getting to the bathroom in time. Again. Parked, took the selfie in the lobby and made it to the bathroom without a problem before settling down at the computer, finishing Sunday's entry, posting and processing the morning's few pictures.

And what happened on the days you missed posting?

Four flat tires.

Later. Tired, but a drive to the opthamologist's appointment at a quarter to one, lucked out in finding a parking space not far from her office and so got the eyes checked. She said they're fine. OK, a drive back with the eyes dilated (I'd forgotten that was part of the exam), got home and lied down to zone out for an hour.

The blood pressure has been behaving, the cardiologist thought the readings I'd sent were fine, but didn't comment on the up and down need to increase and then decease the blood pressure med and so there's still more to learn.

Evening. Watched maybe ten minutes of Midsomer Murders, one I'd seen before and didn't need to see again, and so to bed. Finished the last twenty minutes of a movie on Prime, turned the lights out at nine, but didn't get to sleep until after ten.

The photo up top was taken at the 2014 Folsom Street Fair with a Nikon D4s mounted with a 70-200mm f/2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
