Sleep
Sunday. Awoke with the alarm, after what I'm guessing was a reasonably long night's sleep, as lights out last night was reasonably effortless and early. So good. Up to check the blood pressure - 114/71 - and drive to breakfast, arriving at ten minutes to seven to find the restaurant dark but for the back kitchen light and so entered the unlocked dining area door, turned on the light and settling in with the papers.
The two strips of bacon, eggs over medium, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast to finish up at close to nine, walk to the car and drive home, again no thought to drive by the supermarket. A selfie in the lobby and then upstairs to wrestle with yesterday's entry, the usual why hadn't I spent more time making this comprehensible yesterday, was the head that fried? It was, but we still repeat our little drama. What for us is a “little drama”.
Bright sun this morning. They're saying into the high seventies later and so we'll see how ambitious we may be in going out again, good night's sleep or not. The head seems clear at least.
Later. More music coming from the lake and so headed over to see what was up, passing by a number of pelicans on the way. A D. J. with a group dancing to his music in front of the white column pergola and so a couple of pictures. Felt better than I had yesterday, none of the dizziness, and so stuck around a little longer before heading back to the apartment. Should have stayed for more pictures. Compensated for the bright/ shadow areas in the exposures this time.
Evening. To bed by eight, turned the lights and radio off before nine-thirty, took a blood pressure reading - 124/64 - and went to sleep.
