Wednesday. Nothing on the radio I wanted to listen to and so lights out not long after nine last night to awaken then for good at six-twenty. Should be enough sleep, you'd think. Got up, took the blood pressure and it came in at 107/70, 111/68 and 114/78 and decided to skip the blood pressure med and take it when I got back from breakfast after another reading, not wanting it to fall as low as it had yesterday when I got home from breakfast after taking it when I got up looking at similar numbers. Up to walk to breakfast under another bright sun, arriving to settle in at my indoor dining area table and start on the papers.
The two strips of bacon, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee again, the weight doing just fine on the scale this morning, finishing up by nine to set out then for home, the temperature warmer, the sun brighter and me dragging ass more than I was comfortable with. Low blood pressure? No exercise, can't walk half a mile without effort? Ah, well. Home to take the selfie in the lobby and then take the blood pressure before settling in at the computer: 103/72, 105/64 and 99/68. Explains the dragging ass, explains the tiredness, we'll take the pressure again after finishing with this and see if it's time to take the blood pressure med then or even later.
Or at all.
This is confusing.
Later. A high of eighty-one from what the weather people are saying and so spent the afternoon with the tablet, watching (sort of watching/listening) to the news and a baseball game on the tablet. No attempt at a nap, not particularly tired. The blood pressure down in the low one-twenties over the seventies at six and so we'll take the pressure again before bed to see if it makes sense to take the med at all. Still confusing, this blood pressure business.
Evening. Checked out Midsomer Murders at eight to find I'd seen it before and didn't need to see it again and so to bed before nine to take the blood pressure for one last time and find it pretty much as it had been last night around this time. So no med, we'll see what it looks like in the morning. Nothing I wanted to listen to on the radio and so lights out well before ten, although it was well after by the time I was able to sleep.
