Auto row in Oakland.

It's Stopped Raining
Monday. Ms. Emmy is persnickety again with her eating, throwing up somewhat more often recently like the champ she is. I've been watching, experimenting to some minor degree with different foods, yes, but really just mostly watching, wondering what to try. Watching doesn't say much for me.

Gotta get the failed desktop computer fixed today. Yes I do.

Rain today. Don't ever want to live again in a place where it rains all the time. Too old, too depressing. Maybe get out the door later.

Later. I do indeed need to go, check some of the new wonder cat food they undoubtedly stock in Berkeley, wander through the food stalls in Emeryville if I become hungry, drive up to Napa, something I haven't done in years. Think about these things anyway. Did I say I need to get out of this place? I believe I did.

Later still. The computer is sitting at the local computer shop. No way I was going to touch it, although all they're doing is adding another hard drive and running memory diagnostics. I'll handle everything else. I do feel better, the earlier morning blahs improved, the morning aches and pains in afternoon remission. And it's stopped raining.

The photograph was taken last week on auto row in Oakland with a Nikon D2H mounted with a 50mm f 1.4 Nikkor AF lens at 1/90 second, f 2.8, ISO 200.
