Better

Tuesday. Lights out before ten to awaken three or so times during the night, awake for good finally at a quarter to six to get up and set out walking to breakfast, the sky clear, the temperature reasonable. Arrived at five minutes to seven, the restaurant open, the head relatively clear and so a good start to what they're saying will be a sunny day.

The French toast with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast, finishing up the three papers by eight-thirty and setting out for home, the price of regular dropping by six cents and so a picture, the usual street photographs and home to take another selfie.

Again, feel good, it's a laundry day and feeling good probably means I'm going to actual do it. Should have spent more time on yesterday's entry when I got home before posting, but that's the norm, been the norm now for well over a year (oh, dear).

Later. Another afternoon of tablet and television news with a short nap in between. Oh, and the laundry. Did the laundry and so all is forgiven, all but perhaps not getting outside again, even for a short walk to the lake and back, if truth be told.

Evening. Watched The Undertaker – Grave Legacy, a German ex-policemen, now undertaker, who done it that I'd never heard of before. Strange enough in its own way to keep me watching. The French Agatha Christie’s Criminal Games – The Strange Kidnapping Of Little Bruno was less successful and I bailed after maybe forty-five minutes, not being able to handle its miserable attempts at humor. I'm sure the Agatha Christie novel itself must have been quite a bit better.

The photo up top was taken at the 2018 Saint Stupid's Day Parade with a Nikon D500 mounted with a 24-120mm f 4.0 Nikkor VR lens.
