Ten

Sunday. A somewhat uneven, but decent night's sleep to awaken before six in time to listen to CounterSpin and TUC Radio. Can't really recall what they were talking about on CounterSpin so I suspect I was only marginally awake while it was on. Up to drive to breakfast under clear skies, parking in front of the restaurant to sit in the dining room area and start on the papers.

The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee, the weight on the scale this morning giving me a warning, finishing up not long after nine to walk to the car snapping the usual three pictures and drive straight home to take the selfie in the lobby before settling in at the computer. So far, so good. The Masters starts at eleven, so we'll undoubtedly check to see what's happening there.

Later. Watched the Masters, most of it anyway. Interesting ending, no complaints.

I've been feeling oddly cold all afternoon, bundling up as if I were outside walking on a cold early morning. Today's temperature was in the sixties so I'm wondering if it's indeed old age sensitivity to cold and I wouldn't have felt half as cold when I was younger. Still, it doesn't feel uncomfortable sitting out on the restaurant patio these early mornings. Every day you learn, want to or not.

Evening. Watched Sixty Minutes at seven, washed the hair, watched the start of The Equalizer at eight thinking I'd undoubtedly bail after maybe five minutes, but managed to last for fifteen before going to bed. Lights out at ten.

The photo up top was taken at the 2017 San Francisco Saint Stupid's Day Parade with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
