Whenever

Monday. To sleep not all that long after ten to finally awake for good at five-fifty and go through the usual get up and get ready to set out the door and walk to breakfast under marginally clear skies, arriving relatively early to enter the dining room, turn on the lights and settle in with the papers.

The two strips of bacon, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee, even though the weight was too high on the scale this morning, but figured I could watch what I ate through the rest of the day. Can't blame it all on that pint of ice cream and bean dip I'd eaten earlier this week. I don't think.

Finished up just after nine to set out for home under sunny skies, the temperature just fine and so taking the usual pictures. I mentioned being cold yesterday afternoon in the apartment, even wearing a heavier jacket than the one I was wearing now, be interesting to see how the afternoon goes today.

Home to take the selfie in the lobby before settling down at the computer to start on all this. I have doctor appointments to make today and, although I'm wresting with ways to put them off, I need to get them arranged today.

Or?

Put it off until tomorrow.

Later. Made the needed doctor appointments. Was wondering if I would. Otherwise a usual watch this or that on the tablet, listen to the news programs and futz around on Facebook day. I wasn't cold, though, no need to bundle up here inside with the heavy winter jacket.

Evening. Avoided television, went to bed again well before nine, turned the lights out at ten, my lights out whenever.

The photo up top was taken at the 2017 San Francisco Cherry Blossom Festival with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
