Morning
Tuesday. Awoke just before five to get up at the usual time and set out walking to breakfast under fog covered skies, arriving as they were starting to put the tables out on the patio and so turned on the lights in the inside dining area and settled in at my table with the papers.
The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee, the weight behaving better on the scale this morning, finishing up around nine to set out for home under still foggy cloudy skies, taking somewhat few pictures on the way, but otherwise feeling OK. I'd say.
Arrived home to take the selfie in the lobby and settle in at the computer to finish yesterday's entry, post it and start on this morning's somewhat muddy looking pictures.
Later. I started reading Josiah Thompson's Last Second In Dallas yesterday after receiving it from Amazon. I'd read Mick LaSalle's review of it in the Chronicle Sunday and was caught by his statement that the book pretty much laid out solid proof that there were three shooters at three different locations who killed J.F.K. in Dealey Plaza in November 1963.
I'm now well over two hundred pages into it and the author has been going through the issues that were initially examined, the analyses and errors that were made, corrected and then made again over all these now many years of stumbling to a conclusion. More tomorrow.
Evening. I did take a look at the one NCIS program I'm occasionally able to stomach, but bailed after something like fifteen minutes and went to bed. Lights out not long after nine and so I suspect I'm going to awaken too early again in the morning.
