Saturday. To sleep soon enough last night to awaken briefly at five, then for good at six-twenty, so I was indeed tired last night and seem to have gotten enough sleep. Up to talk myself into driving to breakfast, parking by the 7-11 store and entering the restaurant to go to the patio and then decide against it, returning to the dining room, turning on the lights and settling in a the usual table with the papers. Two other customers did enter before I'd finished, but only two and they sat way at the back.

The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee, the weight right where I want it on the scale this morning, finishing up by nine to set out for the car and drive straight home to take the selfie in the lobby before settling down at the computer and start messing with all of this. Overcast, but they're saying a high of seventy-one degrees later, so I'm guessing we'll soon see some sun.

Later. Didn't make it to seventy this afternoon, they're saying an unexpected wind kept it to sixty-four. My, my. I did pack a proper camera in the backpack and walked over to a crowded lake to head to the white column pergola finding crowded lines of vendor tables on all sides. Didn't take the camera out of the backpack, not really an opportunity or urge to take pictures. Still, I did get out the door, I did go to the lake, the fact I returned almost right away we'll maybe deal with on a later date when the pergola area is no longer an overcrowded street fair.

Evening. Watched the first hour of Inherit The Wind and one hour was enough, more because it finished after ten than anything else and I didn't want to stay up late. The acting was a bit over the top, but interesting enough. Lights out again at ten.
