Guess

Monday. To sleep pretty much right away to awaken just before six in time to listen to the five minute KPFA news and then to the Democracy Now! that followed. Pretty much a standard night's sleep if it's going well. So good. Up to walk to breakfast under overcast skies, a little cooler than usual and so settled down inside the dining room after turning on the lights and starting on the papers. No other customers arrived to eat inside or outside on the patio by the time I'd left, so it indeed was a Monday and it was a bit too cold outside.

The two strips of bacon, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee for no particular reason, the weight still holding nicely on the scale this morning. Finished up at nine and set out for home under still overcast skies, a little darker than usual, and so the standard set of pictures on the way thinking am I going to have to make a dash for the bathroom when I get home? Arrived to take the selfie and head upstairs to the bathroom, no running required.

Later. Scheduled to get a Protime blood thinner test this afternoon at three-thirty and so set out driving to the lab, arriving to find a parking spot by the Honda service center entrance right off the bat and so walked the short distance to the lab, sat outside until it was my turn, had the blood drawn and then drove straight home, mission accomplished more easily than I could have hoped.

Evening. For some reason ended up watching the first half hour or so of All Rise on CBS at nine before giving up and heading for bed later than I'd have liked. I'm not sure how breaking my going to bed schedule even a little bit plays out in how much sleep I'm going to get, but we'll see how that plays out soon enough I guess.

The photo up top was taken at the 2017 San Francisco Saint Stupid's Day Parade with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
