Sunday. To sleep reasonably soon after ten, I'm guessing, to awaken at a quarter to six and listen to NPR for over an hour before getting up at the usual time to drive to breakfast after opening the bedroom windows wide as I was leaving to see if it wouldn't bring the temperature down by the time I'd returned. Arrived to find them just starting to put out the patio tables and so settled in at my indoor table to start on the papers, the only customer to do so while I was there, all the others opting for the patio. Good.
The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee this time, getting back into the usual watch the weight routine, finishing up by nine to walk back to the car snapping pictures and driving straight home to take the selfie in the lobby and settle in at the computer after taking the blood pressure. It had been high when I got up and now it was happily much better after having taken the morning meds before leaving.
Later. A high of seventy-six degrees, warmer than I like, but they're saying cooler tomorrow and Tuesday. A Spare the Air Day today, but better tomorrow. Watched some of the 49'ers Raiders game, although I missed the beginning, thinking it started at two, but found it started at one. Watched quite a bit of the BMW Golf Classic for some reason and finished a movie on the tablet. So has gone the afternoon.
Evening. Nothing on television and so to bed by eight, having opened the bedroom windows wide earlier when the outside temperature got lower. We'll worry about smoke later. Lights out by ten.
