Approaches
Tuesday. Awoke at five minutes to six after a decent night's sleep to get up, take the blood pressure (111/73) and head out for breakfast on a clear and very cold (for around here) morning, wrapping a wool scarf around my neck for the first time. Helped, it did, but still felt quite cold when I arrived not long after the restaurant had opened. So far, so good. Good and cold, but still good.
The avocado and mushroom omelet, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast, finishing up by ten minutes to nine to head out for home, the sun now bright, the air warmer than it was coming in, but still brusque. Cold. The usual picture or two, the usual selfie, the usual take a look at and post yesterday's entry, what there was of it. Feeling better now that the heat has been on here in the apartment for a while, this Christmas Eve in Oakland.
Later. Got online in a chat session with Adobe support and they gave me a link to a Creative Cloud file that actually installed without crapping out. OK, now how about updating Photoshop and Lightroom? Took an hour for the Photoshop update to finish, but it did finish. Same for Lightroom. Life in the fast lane! How long have I been messing with this?
Watched another series on the tablet, more time reading and listening to the news, none of it particularly enlightening, but that's the way it goes, out of gas now as evening approaches.
