Kin
Sunday Another get to sleep at the usual time to awaken then at around five, blink a couple of times and it was just after six and so listened to the rest of CounterSpin followed by TUC Radio. Up to walk to breakfast under relatively clear skies to arrive at the usual time and settle in for the last time at my patio table, outdoor dining being banned here in Oakland starting tomorrow.
Settled in with the papers to have a dozen bicycle riders show up and have breakfast, making this last outing on the patio a little nervous as they were over six feet distant, but they were moving around with one or two of them being a little careless in wearing their masks.
The single pork chop, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit up and coffee, finishing up around nine-thirty and heading home taking (of course) the usual set of pictures. Not many people were out on the sidewalk and so a pleasant enough walk taking a couple of more pictures than usual.
Home to take the selfie in the lobby and settle in at the computer to post yesterday's entry, process the pictures and then start here, finishing up at noon.
Later. Got rid of a fair amount of paper from the file cabinets and trucked it downstairs for pickup in the morning. More of what I started yesterday, but that I've been putting off now forever. Years. We'll call this a good sign and forgive watching football games for the rest of the afternoon.
Evening. To bed early not long after nine, to turn the lights out on time at ten and see what dreams we may bring that don't have anything to do with the virus or any of its kin.
