Friday. To sleep at a reasonable time, if I remember correctly, to awaken at six-fifteen after what seems to have been a pretty good night's sleep. Up to take the blood pressure, find it just fine and so back to bed to listen to the rest of Democracy Now! before getting up to walk to breakfast under clear skies, arriving at the restaurant to enter the indoor dining area, turn on the lights and settle in at my table with the papers.
The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee, finishing up by nine to walk home under clear skies, take the usual string of flower pictures with uneven success and arrive home to find people in the lobby and so skipped the selfie and went straight up to the apartment.
Took the blood pressure, looked good, took the blood pressure med and then settled in at the computer to finish yesterday's entry, post and process the morning's pictures.
Later. The results of the blood test arrived online and the Creatinine level was well out of range high, the BUN ratio sitting right at the top of its range. Have no idea what that implies, but I suspect the cardiologist's office will fill me in.
A bath, watched the latest episode of The Wheel of Time on the tablet and then settled down to listen to the news after two. Doodle-dee-do. Oh, and the blood pressure looked good at two-fifteen, taking a second dose of the blood pressure med. Curious to see what it looks like at five.
A call from the cardiologist's office. No more than two doses of the meds from here on out as it slows the heart rate and is most probably causing the Creatinine problem. Send them the next few days of blood pressure measurements along with the heart rate and they'll see if adjusting one of the other meds they have me on is needed.
Evening. Watched a couple of episodes of the second season of Witcher, the first season of which I'd watched some time ago. Not sure how long ago as I really can't remember any of it and from these first two new episodes, I'm not sure I'll remember them either. Lights out by about nine-thirty I guess.
