Wednesday. Lights out not long after nine to awaken at just before six, getting up and checking the weather. Dark, but the sky as far as I could see, was clear. My, my. Looks good to me.

A walk to breakfast bundled up against the cold, the oatmeal and toast, fruit cup and coffee after toying, not seriously toying, but toying with the idea of ordering something on the to be avoided list. We're testing this food thing for the week and we're not going to give up on day three. Four or five I can't guarantee.

Anyway, bright sun walking home, taking a couple of ordinary pictures just to celebrate, remembering we have a blood thinner Protime test due later today. Good timing on the sunshine, the bus and walk to the lab will be easy. Maybe even go downtown after.

Later. A bus to Broadway and then a walk to the lab, snapping a picture of the progress they're making on the apartment house complex they're building next door before having the blood drawn just after one. Nice day, nice walk back to the apartment.

Later still. Home to watch television for the rest of the afternoon, I'm afraid. Still, feel clear headed, none of the funky ocular migraine related stuff, although the sinus-upper palate is still active without being too over the top. Which is good in comparison, so we'll continue to watch what we're eating for breakfast and take the pain meds on the same schedule to see if it continues. Maybe drop back on the meds when the test week is done.

Evening. Stayed up to watch the beginning of Charlie Rose if only because I don't seem to be able to not watch a discussion of the current political situation. Tried looking at Midsomer Murders, one I realized I'd seen before, but found it impossible and so the day is done before nine.
