Radio

Sunday A decent night's rest. They're all a little different in composition and length, but most seem to be enough to keep me awake the next day anyway. Blood pressure good and so up to drive to breakfast under clear and (soon to be) bright and sunny skies to park, enter the dining area, turn on the lights and settle in with the papers.

The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee again (the weight is holding, but doesn't need to get any higher), finishing up at a quarter after nine to snap the usual pictures on the way to the car, drive home, take the selfie and settle in at the computer to start the routine here.

Later. Watched most of the final round of the PGA tournament, giving up and watching a series on the tablet when the playoff between the two tied for first place began and so learned Max Homa had won when it was reported later on the five o'clock news. It was fun to watch, but I guess I don't really care who ends up winning. I did take a very brief break and walked up the way to check out the apartment/condominium construction site to see if there was any progress.

Evening. Watched sixty minutes at seven, watched the first few minutes of The Equalizer at eight and then bailed for bed. Lights out after some time on the tablet just after ten. Sunday nights are hopeless for finding anything I might was to listen to on the radio.

The photo up top was taken at the 2017 San Francisco Chinese New Year Parade with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
