Thinking
Friday. To sleep before eleven to again awaken at five, blink, and it was six-fifteen. Get up, take the blood pressure (good, but not great), get back in bed and listen to the rest of Democracy Now! until seven to get up and drive to the Lakeshore ATM under clear cold sunny skies. Over the hill to park by the 7-11 store, cross Grand, enter the restaurant's indoor dining area, turn on the lights and settle in at my table with the now but two papers.
The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee, finishing the papers well before nine to walk back to the car and drive home to take the selfie, take the blood pressure (OK, but just), settle down at the computer, finish and post yesterday's entry, process the morning's few pictures and start here by ten-thirty.
Later. A less than hour's nap to start the afternoon after taking the first blood pressure med for the day at twelve, the numbers creeping up higher than I'd like to see. A little voice keeps saying: “get the meter checked to be sure it's accurate”.
Packed up quite a bit of glassware, a good start to the necessary packing required. A first. A little late, but I suspect this will continue. (please)
Evening. Checked out the Poirot episode at eight, realized I'd seen it before and didn't need to see it again. To bed then well before nine to get hung up watching stuff on the tablet until after eleven. After eleven. What was I thinking?
