Week
Monday. To sleep last night by ten to awaken at six, take the blood pressure to find it well under control, get back in bed and listen to Democracy Now! until seven. Up to walk to breakfast under clear skies to arrive a bit early, but find the restaurant wait staff had already arrived and so sat down at my table and started on the papers.
The oatmeal, toast, fruit cup and coffee, still a bit over one five-five on the scale this morning, finishing well before nine to walk home feeling pretty good, taking the usual series of pictures of the usual suspects.
Arrived, took the selfie in the lobby, headed to the bathroom, took the blood pressure (looked quite good), settled in at the computer and edited and posted yesterday's entry. Processed the morning's pictures and started writing this by eleven-thirty. Another clockwork morning.
Later. Why do I have so much studio tripod crap? What was I thinking? Boxed up most of it, packed more of the camera bags, actually got quite a bit done preparing for the move this afternoon. Nice to be able to say that, but there's more to do. Get it done early, a week early. He said. Otherwise watched some things on the tablet, took blood pressure readings (that for some reason were particularly good compared to yesterday's readings) and listened to the news.
Evening. Nothing on television and so spent the time on the tablet watching Intruder on Britbox. Off the wall getting weirder as it progressed, but better than some of the other stuff I've been putting up with and so no complaints. Much done today, we might actually get all this in hand (well, most of this in hand) in another week.
