Late

Tuesday. To sleep not long after ten, but leading into an uneven night's sleep, awakening for good to get up at six-twenty and take the blood pressure to find it well under control. Back in bed to listen to the rest of Democracy Now!, getting up at seven to walk to breakfast under clear skies and arrive to enter the restaurant's indoor dining area, turn on the lights and settle in at my table with the papers.

The single pork chop, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee, finishing up before nine to walk home under a bright sun taking the exact same series of pictures I've been taking now for some time (as in forever), arriving home to take the selfie in the lobby and thinking I'd better get to the bathroom right away or we're in trouble. Had a bit of trouble.

Took the blood pressure again to find it had dropped significantly (the third reading in the three reading sequence was 90/57) and settle in at the computer to edit and post yesterday's entry, process the morning's pictures and start here as it just turned eleven.

Later. OK, tired. I guess is was indeed an uneven night last night. Some things got done, but not nearly enough to say I made progress. The blood pressure remained good until around five when I took the second blood pressure med.

Evening. Spent the evening lying on the bed with the tablet watching two forgettable movies until ten. Another night of turning the lights out later than I'd like. Let's hope it wasn't too late.

The photo up top was taken at the 2013 San Francisco J-Pop Festival with a Nikon D4 mounted with a 70-200mm f/2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
