Around Here
Monday. Thursday through Saturday was basically a grit my teeth, lie on my stomach in bed hugging a pillow and get what sleep I could kind of affair. Saturday evening was better. Sunday was not fun, but again, better. I didn't go into work this morning, but I suspect I'll be able to go in tomorrow. Another rite of winter completed. Almost.
It's been cold at night this last week with temperatures in Oakland dipping below freezing although the sun's been out during the day with temperatures in the fifties. I've paid no attention to any of this, of course; the curtains drawn and the furnace on high.
So you've had a cold.
