Come

Tuesday. Lights out not long after nine to then awaken at seven after a somewhat uneven, but longer than usual night's sleep. Shaved a little faster than usual and out the door to walk to breakfast on a cold but clear morning, the eyes and nose watering as they do with a temperature change. So we ran a little late.

The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast. Still at one-fifty on the scale this morning, but that's what appealed. The body doesn't much like fried things anymore and only votes for them now and again. I continue to be curious about it, but no complaints.

Bright sun walking home taking but a couple of pictures. Nothing on the schedule today, so we'll see what the day may have in store.

Don't blame it on the day if it doesn't come up with something for you to do, blame it on yourself.

Well, there's laundry that needs doing and there's a demonstration scheduled outside of the local Whole Foods store at three, so I guess we've got options for later.

Later. A line in the laundry room and one of the washers was on the fritz, so we're not doing laundry today. We'll see about the demonstration at Whole Foods. If not pictures, then I could get some shopping done. Then again, when have I said that before?

Evening. Watched the news, watched a couple of things on the tablet, skipped whatever may have happened at Whole Foods and ended up getting to bed by eight, not for the first time this to bed by eight, lights out by nine, to sleep whenever it may come.

Saturday at the Oakland Women's March taken with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 Nikkor VR II lens.
