Again
Wednesday. To bed and lights out not long after nine to get what I'm guessing was a decent night's sleep, up anyway at six-fifteen feeling reasonably perky to head off to breakfast on another cool, but not too cool, morning. Looked to see if I could find the moon, not overly hard, but looked without finding it to see what this triple moon business was about. Ah, well. No morning moon.
Had the mushroom and light on the cheese omelet, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast. No need to read in any depth about last night's State of the Union speech, I'd heard more than enough listening to the speech and reading the commentary.
Took more pictures on the way home than I have in a while, the camera burping out three jpeg images of the flower when I somehow flicked a switch on the back of the camera. OK, I will check the manual to see what happened. No excuses. the sidewalk blocked off in front of the exercise club so that workmen could work on the roof and so a picture or two that were a little different.
The Amazon package didn't arrive last night and so now they're saying maybe today and maybe tomorrow. At least the web site says it arrived at the post office at three this morning and so maybe we'll see it later. This has now happened for the (second? third?) time?
Later. Skipping Law & Order episodes I've seen before (so far, all of them), spent time finishing up a series on the tablet and did receive that errant package from Amazon. Glad to not have to wait another day for it to arrive. The weather is sunny and warm and so, of course, I'm sitting here inside listening to the news.
Evening. Too much time watching this and that on the tablet this afternoon that slipped right on into the evening, getting up to eat to prepare something for dinner and check out Midsomer Murders. One I'd seen before and figured I didn't need to see again.
