News

Monday. Lights out and to sleep before ten to awaken at five minutes to six, right on target after a long and I'm assuming - but who really knows? - good night's rest. OK.. Up to head out the door under a light grey overcast not overly cold morning to arrive at the restaurant by seven, the doors open, the lights on and people inside.

Ordered the two strips of bacon, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast just because and settled in with the papers to finish up by eight-thirty and head out for home, the sky still overcast, although they're saying no rain and decent temperatures throughout the day.

Another selfie when I got home before heading up to the apartment and finishing up some pictures to include in yesterday's entry before posting. Nothing on the schedule I'm aware of and so we'll see if the coming day is another feeling tired listening to the news, watching T.V. and/or continuing with stuff we've been watching on the tablet.

Later. OK, tired and so did spend the day listening to the news, watching stuff on the tablet and an hour's nap. We need to start doing more walking. Mr. K suggests weekly testosterone shots, something he's found useful, but that doesn't sound enticing. Although what do I know about testosterone?

There's always Google.

It lists a lot of stuff I'm not suffering from, although one benefit was an increase in energy. Energy supplanting the tiredness? We'll skip testosterone for the moment.

Evening. Skipped television and headed for bed and the tablet, lights out by nine-thirty, radio off after the NPR ten o'clock six minute news.

The photograph was taken at Lake Merritt by the white column pergola yesterday afternoon with a Nikon D500 mounted with a 24-120mm f 4.0 Nikkor VR lens.
