Nine

Thursday. To sleep at a decent hour, if I'm remembering correctly, to awaken at six-fifteen, take the blood pressure to find it just fine, get back into bed and listen to the rest of Democracy Now! before getting up at seven to prepare to walk to breakfast in a low lying fog. Haven't had a low lying fog in quite a while. Arrived to enter the indoor dining area to turn on the lights and settle in at my usual table with the papers.

The avocado and mushroom omelet, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee, finishing just after nine to set out for home, again in a low lying fog. Interesting to see, interesting to be taking the usual series of photographs to see how they turn out.

Home to snap the selfie in the lobby and run to the bathroom when I was suddenly informed that was the place I needed to be, then took the blood pressure to find in much lower than it had been first thing this morning. Weird. On to the computer to cobble together what I could of yesterday's entry, post, process the morning's pictures and head for bed. We'll start writing this later was the thought.

Later. At three in the afternoon, as it happens. Lied down for a while. Not all that long, watched the usual marginal stuff on the tablet, washed the hair for the third time this week and that pretty much describes the afternoon. Oh, and the blood pressure seems to be behaving. Comparatively. Mostly.

Evening. Nothing on television and so lights out not long after nine.

The photo up top was taken at the 2012 Gay Pride Parade with a Nikon D4 mounted with a 70-200mm f/2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
