Biased
Tuesday. Lights out not long after nine to awaken with the alarm at six-fifteen, this morning, on an overcast and they're saying it's going to be cooler day. OK, I guess a decent night's sleep. Long enough, anyway. I used the fact I'd charged the car battery yesterday to drive this morning (to test it, you understand), but I gave into not really wanting to walk. So much for good intentions. Arrived at the restaurant at ten minutes to seven, early, but found it open and ready to go.
The French toast with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast, finishing up the papers early again before eight-thirty. The gas prices had, for some reason, dropped by six cents a gallon and so a picture to document the fact, another of the sidewalk and the last in the apartment house lobby. Sitting here now doing this, the head seemingly not so bad, the attitude hopeful, we'll see how it turns out.
Later. Well, more time on the tablet than I care to say, some time with the photographs, all this running up to the Democrat's debate starting at five. No walking, no apartment re-organizing, just hunkered down with the tablet on the bed. Life in our fast lane.
Evening. Followed the debate with some interest after wondering how it would go when it started. The progressives did well I thought, even though I'm more than biased.
