These

Friday. To sleep not long after ten to awaken at a quarter to six and go through the usual getting up routine to drive to breakfast thinking I'd go by the Lakeshore Wallgreens for that Shingles shot. Silly me. Arrived to sit out on the restaurant patio in a heavier coat, the temperature quite cool and the sky overcast.

Had the plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee this time, finishing up by a quarter after nine to take the usual pictures and then drive straight home instead to heading for Wallgreens. What's the excuse? We'll do it later today? Good luck with that.

Took the selfie in the lobby and settled down to finish yesterday's entry. I'm still not sure, now that it's into the afternoon, that yesterday's entry makes any sense. Not an unusual question.

Later. Watched the news that started at two, took a long bath, watched a couple of things I've had going on the tablet that have been less and less able to keep my attention and thus we have the afternoon, the sinus-upper palate kicking up for some reason and slowing me down. Did check the jury duty web site to learn my group wasn't going to be called in. Nobody's group was being called in and so that's a load off my mind. Not sure what I'd have done otherwise.

Evening. Inspector Morse at eight. Not my usual reaction as I managed to sit and watch it through to the end. Seem to have developed a sore throat, though. Let's hope it doesn't develop into something else. Such things make you think in times like these.

The photo up top was taken at the 2016 San Francisco Anime & Cosplay Festival with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
