Beginning
Friday. Lights out before ten, to sleep before eleven and awakening at six twenty-five after what I'm guessing was a decent night's sleep, given how these things have been going these last several months. Up after listening to the last half of Democracy Now! to drive to breakfast for no good reason, given the exercise I haven't been getting, to arrive early and settle in at my inside table, no one else arriving to sit inside while I was there having breakfast.
The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee, this time, finishing up to walk back to the car and drive straight home to take the selfie in the lobby and settle in at the computer to edit yesterday's entry, post, process the morning pictures and start here. Seems to have gone without too many glitches.
Later. To bed again feeling a hint of the recent ocular-migraine wobbliness after finishing the above and ended up sleeping for a total of three hours in one hour consecutive segments. Good to get the sleep, not sure how good that it happened.
Evening. Tired straight through the day, tired to the point of being a bit dizzy when standing. The blood pressure is OK, but not sure why this has happened. This has been “different” enough in intensity and kind to look up fatigue and COVID together on the web and indeed intense fatigue is one of the early as well as ongoing symptoms.
Still, I'm not experiencing any of the other of the listed symptoms, the temperature is normal, I can smell most odors, no coughing or congestion, but a little concerning if nothing else and so skipped the Inspector Morse after maybe fifteen minutes and went to bed, let's see if this continues tomorrow and this fatigue is just the beginning.
