To Go Around
Saturday. A funky day, today. Yes, I went out with the usual crew last night (a celebration for MRE and me having been given our freedom), but I scooted home early before drinking enough to generate any sort of a hangover this morning. I don't need any more hangovers in the morning. Still, a funky Saturday today as many have been in the past, something I've often blamed on the week before, although my work weeks were a breeze compared to many I (and you) know; now we'll see what they look like without “work week” to take the heat. I suspect I'll see many things in the course of the next few months that were hidden under a “waiting until I retire” cover that I've used to avoid more than I wanted know.
You suspect yourself of duplicity?
There's a difference between suspecting yourself and blaming yourself. No need to look for blame, in this life there's plenty to go around.
