Morning

Sunday. Not a great, but a better night's sleep. Still with congested lungs, still awakening more often that I'd like, but awake for good just after six to get up, get ready and drive to breakfast, arriving with the dining area dark, but the door open and so entered to turn on the lights and settle in with the papers.

Just under one forty-six on the scale this morning, but remembering yesterday's breakfast, not finishing the corned beef hash and the rest, ordered the plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee this time, all of it going down quite well without a problem. Finished the papers by nine and went straight to the car and home on a sunny morning, the usual selfie feeling light headed when I arrived to manage to work on yesterday's entry without crashing before posting. And it need a great deal of editing after yesterday's crash and burn.

Later. The day has gone better. Not there yet, but better. Watched the golf tournament that started at noon, thought about going to the lake to at least get outside, but decided against it after putting on a jacket and packing a camera. Back to start the second season of a series of one I'd watched the first season of long enough ago as to have forgotten most of what had happened.

Like yesterday long enough ago?

No jokes. Sometimes I think that might be so.

Evening. A better day. The lungs are better. Still need to be cleared fairly recently, but more easily and not as often. Watched an episode of the Swedish Beck that started at six that made me realize I'd seen it before, but not until later in the episode, watched the follow on Danish episode of Those Who Kill - Episode 6 at eight before going to bed, tired, putting writing any of this off until tomorrow morning.

The photo up top was taken of the Dykes on Bikes contingent at the 2018 San Francisco Gay Pride Parade with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
