Not

Monday. Awoke at five-thirty again, closed the eyes and it was six six o'clock to listen to Democracy Now! followed by the KPFA news, setting out to walk to breakfast under clear skies feeling OK, I'd have to say. Arrived to do the usual enter the closed off dining area, turn on the lights and settle in with the papers.

The two strips of bacon, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast, finishing up by nine-thirty to then walk back home under a bright sun, taking the usual series of flower pictures, skipping some, returning to others. Continues to amuse us to no end. He said.

Arrived home to take the selfie, no wind this morning and so the hair not sticking out quite as far all over the place, up to finish yesterday's entry, post and then start here. Not tired after walking as I'd feared I might after yesterday's trip to the lake. Go figure.

Later. Dialed the Dreamweaver editor update back to the earlier version I'd recently updated it from and now I can again type at a decent clip. The update made typing impossibly slow and so we're quite happy pecking along right now without having to wait.

Evening. Easy typing, but too fried to write and so this is added tomorrow morning. Watched a Britbox series on the tablet, checked out Father Brown for a while, pretty much gave up and headed for bed before nine. Sounds familiar, does it not?

The photo up top was taken at the 2016 San Francisco Carnaval Parade with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
