This

Friday. I'm guessing a decent night's sleep, awakening for good just before six to listen to Democracy Now! before getting up and talking myself into driving to breakfast (for no good reason), arriving early to find the restaurant up and running and so settled in at my usual inside table to start on the papers.

The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee, still fighting the weight on the scale this morning, finishing up around nine to set out for the car and drive straight home, take the selfie in the lobby and settle in at the computer to essentially write yesterday's entry before posting and then start on this morning's few pictures, putting off writing here until noon. Still fighting the writing.

You call this daily repeating yourself writing?

I'd go with babbling. Either way I'm fighting it, but don't seem to be thinking of throwing up my hands and quitting.

Later. Watched a Britbox series on the tablet for most of the afternoon and into the evening and not much else (that I can remember) as I put off writing this until the morning. The blood pressure seems to be still holding now that I've been off the med for over a week. Still need to talk to the doctor about it though.

So get off your ass and make the call.

Evening. Skipped the Inspector Morse at eight as I was still wrapped up in the Britbox series, quitting at the beginning of the last hour long episode at nine-thirty knowing it would cause problems in getting to sleep if I continued further. Would already cause problems having watched it this far into the evening if history tells us anything from past nights when I've done this.

The photo up top was taken at the 2017 San Francisco Gay LGBTQ Pride Parade with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
