Whenever

Saturday. It did take a while to get to sleep last night, longer than usual in that it was well after eleven. Still, awoke around five to half sleep until six before getting up and walking to breakfast under overcast skies and relatively cool temperatures. Still, an easy walk, arriving before they'd started setting out the tables on the patio and so settled in as usual at my table inside to start on the papers.

The oatmeal, toast, fruit cup and coffee, still watching the weight, finishing up again around nine to set out for home, the sky still overcast, the temperature still comparatively cool, although they're saying sun later with a high in the mid-seventies. No complaints given what they're saying the Pacific Northwest will see today with temperatures pushing over a hundred.

Home to take the usual selfie in the lobby and settle in at the computer to finish yesterday's entry, post it and then process the pictures, this dragging on til noon and so putting off writing here until tomorrow morning. Seems we've done this before.

Later. Been feeling flashes of isolation this afternoon. Let us hope this pandemic really is drawing to some kind of a close and I might get myself outside to places other than breakfast on occasion. Otherwise watched a movie on the tablet followed by another, filled in here and there by checking out the PGA Travelers Championship on television.

Evening. Tried watching The Birdcage, a Robin Williams movie at eight, but decided I'd seen it before and didn't need to see it again. Tired and so to bed. Lights out again before ten, my lights out whenever.

The photo up top was taken at the 2017 San Francisco LGBTQ Pride Parade with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
