Driving

Tuesday. To sleep soon enough and awaken at just before six to get up and get ready to walk to breakfast on a clear, not overly cold, morning, the weather people saying rain tomorrow, but sun today. OK. Sun today sounds just fine.

The restaurant was open when I arrived at seven and so ordered the avocado and (light on the) cheese omelet, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee, finishing up by eight-thirty and setting out for home, taking the usual set of pictures to include the Lime scooters that have been showing up in greater numbers by the lake again, another shot of the mural on the side of the building that's under construction below my apartment and a selfie (of course) when I got home.

Later. Tired again when I arrived. From the walking? Not tired when I'd arrived at the restaurant, why tired after walking the same distance home when I haven't been in the past? So to bed for a couple of hours drifting along listening to the radio turned down low.

Felt better by three in the afternoon, not so wobbly when standing, although it seems odd to feel better when standing than you do when lying down.

Evening. The Swedish Lola Upside Down – Episode 3 at six, one I've looked at briefly in the past, but couldn't quite follow then and wasn't up for following now, and so to bed, still feeling tired. Rain tonight and tomorrow, so I guess we'll be driving.

The photo up top was taken at the 2018 San Francisco Chinese New Year Parade with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
