Tomorrow

Monday To sleep around ten to awaken then at five forty-five. Not bad. Listened to Democracy Now! as usual before setting out walking to breakfast on another sunny morning, arriving at the usual time to enter the dining area, turn on the lights and settle in with the papers.

The oatmeal, toast, fruit cup and coffee as we're still watching the weight (and we like their oatmeal, the raisins they add are nice), finishing up just after nine to set out for home, snapping pictures here and there as we are won't to do and arriving to take the selfie in the lobby before settling down at the computer and starting here.

Later. Finished watching the Waking The Dead series on Britbox. An odd combination of the elements that make up these detective series, some of which put me off, but others that kept me watching. All this cooped up in the apartment time watching movies and television series has given me more insight than I'd ever had in what appear to be the numberless elements that go into the making of these things. I have friends who've been involved in both writing for T.V. and in movie production. Gives me an appreciation of what it takes to bring one of these things off.

Evening. Nothing on television again and so ended up in bed with the lights out just after nine. No complaints about this day in comparing it with recent days, let's see what we'll say about tonight's sleep tomorrow.

The photo up top was taken at the 2017 San Francisco Chinese New Year Parade with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
