Able

Thursday Took a little more time to get to sleep last night to awaken then finally at ten minutes to six. OK, an uneven night, but wide awake at the usual time, so no complaints. It had been raining last night. Showers, anyway, and the streets were wet and so I used that as an excuse to drive, parking again by the 7-11 store. I'd set out early and so they hadn't put out the patio tables yet, so I settled in at a table near the open patio door and started on the papers. We'll see how many people show up and decide to sit inside.

The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee, three other diners arriving after about half an hour to sit well back behind me, so that seems to have worked out. Most of the diners opted for the patio as would I had the patio been ready.

Finished up early before nine and so walked to the car taking the same three brainless pictures. Happily taking the same three brainless pictures, let's be honest. Drove home, took the selfie in the lobby, settled in at the computer, processed this morning's pictures and started here, finishing by ten. A good hour earlier than I usually would. Still, head clear, feel good, the sun is shining on this Thursday morning, we'll now see what's ahead.

Later. Watched a couple of things on Netflix for most of the afternoon, the usual breaks to check out the PBS and CBS news programs when they came on in the living room. Mostly sunny outside, not that that made any difference here inside.

Evening. Another to bed just after eight night, lights out after nine, to sleep whenever I was able.
