Wednesday. To sleep not long after lights out after ten to awaken with a sore shoulder at five-thirty. About right, except for the sore shoulder. Takes it a while to ease out. Up after seven to drive to breakfast for no good reason, other than I didn't want to walk, parking by the 7-11 store to cross the street and enter the dining area, the patio all set up. I opted for the inside dining room and settled in with the papers.
The two strips of bacon, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee again, finishing up before nine to walk back to the car and drive straight home, taking the selfie, settle in at the computer and start here.
Short and sweet.
I don't know about sweet.
Later. The fourteen hundred dollars hit the bank account this morning. There are many who need it more than I, but I'm happy none the less, to see it arrive so soon. Took longer and came on paper last time.
Experimented taking a picture of two of the pigeons that have nested above my balcony. Not a very good picture, not handling the window screen and the lighting. Well, that's an excuse. A blurry snapshot of two of the four or five pigeons that have nested in holes cut in the bottom of the balcony above.
Evening. Watched something called Trouble with Maggie Cole on PBS at seven followed by Midsomer Murders at eight. Made it through Maggie Cole, something a little different, and watched less than ten minutes of Midsomer Murders before bailing to continue with something started earlier on the tablet. Put the tablet aside before ten, listened to the ten o'clock news and turned the lights out right after, the midweek now done.
