Then

Tuesday. To sleep reasonably quickly last night to awaken at two minutes to six. Now if I could only do that every night. Listened (half listened) to Democracy Now! until seven, got up and walked to breakfast under clear skies and a rising sun, arriving again just as they were putting out the patio tables and so settled down inside the dining area with the papers.

The two strips of bacon, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee, finishing up around nine, two other diners having entered the dining area just as I was getting ready to leave. The work crew with their air hammer had finished their work yesterday and so the few people who'd come for breakfast were out on the patio. The walk home uneventful taking the usual series of pictures, but for one or two, arriving home to take the selfie in the lobby and settle down here at the computer.

Later. Not particularly tired, but another afternoon spent watching a Netflix and then a Prime series on the tablet feeling more antsy than I liked now and again. Been isolated inside this apartment for far too long.

That hardly makes you unique.

Just mentioning it.

Evening. Nothing I wanted to watch on television again and so to bed not long after eight to put away the tablet and listen to the radio until after the six minute NPR news at ten. Lights out right then.
