To Bed

Wednesday. To sleep soon enough to awaken again around five-thirty, zone out and awaken for good at six-fifteen. Took the blood pressure, 124/66, good, took the med, got up and headed out walking to breakfast under a bright sun, the weather people saying it may reach seventy degrees later this afternoon.

The oatmeal, toast, fruit cup and coffee, heading for the bathroom for the first time since the colonoscopy now a week ago, before finishing up and heading home feeling both light headed and tired. Or some combination thereof. Hard to describe in words that convey the feeling to me, let along anyone else. Still, took the usual pictures plus one or two to make it home, take the selfie in the lobby and then lie down for a while, again, tired and a little dizzy with some vague ocular migraine-like symptoms. Took the blood pressure when I arrived, 124/72, so that wasn't the cause.

Posted yesterday's entry, processed the morning pictures and got to this point here at one in the afternoon.

Later. The San Jose VTA mass shooting has pretty much dominated the news, the half hour starting at noon CBS news program running for over two hours and that's been on in the background. Not much else to say, the sun has been shining, the blood pressure has been behaving and I've stayed inside sitting at the computer, the head clearer and energy better as the afternoon has gone on. Not unusual to have the head turn around in the afternoons. There should be a reason for that, but I have not a thought on what it might be.

Evening. Watched Midsomer Murders at eight. At least they're ones I haven't seen before, if that really makes a difference. Nine-thirty and so to bed.

The photo up top was taken at the 2017 How Weird Street Faire with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
