Bed

Wednesday. A decent night's rest with lights out well before ten to then awaken at five minutes after six, having been up twice briefly during the night to take a leak. Got ready to walk to breakfast while listening to the start of the Impeachment Hearing on NPR, the sky clear, the temperature OK, arriving before seven to find the restaurant open and people inside. Good. Settled in with the papers, another day ahead.

The single pork chop, eggs over medium, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast, finishing up at close to nine to head across the street to document another two cent drop in the price of regular, cross back again and head for home, taking the odd shot here and there to find no scooters along the lake either in walking in or walking back. Home to take the selfie, look at yesterday's entry and deciding to just give up on it and post.

The barber shop had been open when I passed it on the way home and so made an appointment for tomorrow at eleven-thirty, thinking maybe I'll get the Protime blood thinner test later today instead of tomorrow, guarantee a couple of days of getting out after breakfast for a walk.

You do kid yourself more often than not.

Later. Listened to the Impeachment Hearing through to the end as well as some of the analyses during breaks on both PBS and NPR. Wearing to follow for so long and now another marathon with the Democratic Debate coming up pretty much right after at six.

Evening. Managed to bring up the Democratic Debate up on the computer, watched for maybe twenty minutes and then said the hell with it and went to bed.

The photograph was taken at the November 2018 Portland Wild Arts Festival with a Nikon D500 mounted with a 24 - 120mm f 4.0 Nikkor VR lens.
