Nine

Monday. To sleep soon enough and awaken at six, listen to Democracy Now! and take the blood pressure which turned out to be right on. Up to walk to breakfast under overcast skies, arriving at the usual time to enter the indoor dining area, turn on the lights and settle in with (all three) papers.

The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee, finishing up just after nine to walk home feeling pretty good after another long night's rest. I guess. Took the usual series of pictures.

Arrived home, took the selfie in the lobby to get to the bathroom (no danger of not making it) before settling down at the computer to finish and then post yesterday's entry, process the morning pictures and start here by eleven.

Later. I started watching another Korean series on the tablet and watched it through most of the afternoon thinking the premise for the story was interesting, but the characters were, well, silly. Yet it kept me going. Not sure that's a good sign.

Evening. Managed to space out and not take my blood pressure med earlier between two and three, but remembered to take it at six. Took the usual set of readings and it was a little high, but not over the top. Can't space out like that and expect to keep this damned thing under control. To bed early again, lights out after nine.

The photo up top was taken in October 2015 at the Oakland Museum of California with a Nikon D4s mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
