This

Tuesday. To sleep not all that long after nine to awaken for good at six-twenty, get up and take the blood pressure to find it a little high and so took the blood pressure med for the first time this early in months before heading out to breakfast under a high fog to find the sidewalk strewn with destroyed garbage canisters and such all along the way. Someone was obviously acting out last night. Arrived at the restaurant at the usual time, entered the indoor dining area, turned on the lights and settle in with the papers.

The avocado and mushroom omelet, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee, finishing up early before nine to set out for home taking the usual flower pictures and another of the vandalism from last night at the 580 Overpass bus stop. The sky still overcast, the temperature OK and so arrived to take the selfie in the lobby and run at the last minute to the bathroom just in time.

Took the blood pressure to find it fine and settled down at the computer to edit and post yesterday's entry, process this morning's pictures and start here, the sun having broken through the fog at ten forty-five. Time to open the drapes and see what's outside.

Later. Made another appointment for the Xfinity tech to come out and get the thing up and running tomorrow between noon and two, watched more episodes of the Korean series I was gumpily talking about yesterday, checked out the news and took another dose of the blood pressure med when it looked like I needed it with a reading taken at two. Thus has gone the afternoon.

Evening. Another to bed just after eight, lights out after nine, my lights out soon after. Nice to be making a habit of this.

The photo up top was taken in October 2015 at the Oakland Museum of California with a Nikon D4s mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
